In the Chancery Court of Claiborne County, Tennessee at Tazewell:

IT APPEARING from Petition, which is sworn to that the Defendant, Frank Meyers is a nonresident of the state of Tennessee or whose whereabouts are unknown so that ordinary process cannot be served upon said Defendant, Frank Meyers and that personal service of process cannot be had upon him; service of process by publication having been ordered, he is hereby required to appear and answer or otherwise defend against the Petition filed by Enrichment Federal Credit Union, Plaintiff whose attorney is Joshua R. Holden, whose address is P.O. Box 2428, Knoxville, Tennessee 37901-2428, Phone number 865-637-1980, within Thirty (30) days of the last date of publication of this notice; otherwise; Default Judgment may be entered and the cause set for hearing ex parte, as to said defendant, for relief demanded in the Petition.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this notice shall be published in the Tazewell, Tennessee, Claiborne Progress, once weekly for four (4) consecutive weeks.
