PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that David & James Robinson, 108 Gerald Road, Harlan KY 40831, has filed an application with the Energy and Environment Cabinet to install a 15’ X 40’ manufactured home and septic system. The property is located at 102 Gerald Road in the Smith community of Harlan County, Kentucky. The proposed area is approximately 12 miles southwest of Cawood and the intersection of US 421 and KY 987. The proposed site is in the floodplain of Martins Fork of the Cumberland River, approximately 6 miles upstream of Martins Fork Lake.
