IT APPEARING from Complaint, which is sworn to, that Levi Earl Branson, Defendant, is a nonresident of Tennessee and that personal service of process cannot be served upon him; service of process by publication having been ordered, he is hereby required to appear and answer or otherwise defend against the Complaint for Divorce filed by Rhonda Lee Branson, Plaintiff whose attorney is W. Wesley Brooks, P.O. Box 770, Tazewell, Tennessee 37879, within Thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication of this notice; otherwise; Default Judgment may be entered against you for relief demanded in the Complaint.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this notice shall be published in the Tazewell, Tennessee, Claiborne Progress, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, once weekly for four (4) consecutive weeks.
