IT APPEARING from Petition in which is sworn to, Anton Lars Larsson, Respondent is a non-resident of Tennessee and that personal service of process cannot be had upon his service of process by publication having been ordered, he is hereby required to appear and answer or otherwise defend against the against the Petition Granting Custody filed by the Petitioners Wesley Ray Frazier and Kacye Frazier whose attorney is Thomas J. Tabor Jr., Esq., P.O. Box 941, Tazewell, TN 37879, within Thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication of notice; otherwise; Default Judgement may be entered against you.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this notice shall be published in the Tazewell, Tennessee, Claiborne Progress, once weekly for four (4) consecutive weeks.
