INVITATION TO BID

Claiborne County Board of Education will be accepting sealed bids for security cameras and access control at Cumberland Gap High School and Claiborne High School.
Bid submission should include shipping, freight, assembly, and installation costs. All vendors or contractors will be required to submit their DUNS/UEI information with bid documentation. All vendors or contractors must comply with the DAVIS BACON ACT.

Sealed Bids should be labeled “CHS and CGHS CTE Cameras and Access Control” and mailed to the Claiborne County Board of Education, Attention: Whitney Bowling at 1403 Tazewell Rd, Tazewell TN, 37879. Bids will be accepted until Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., Bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 a.m in the Board of Education conference room. Oral, email, and/or telephone bids will not be accepted.
Claiborne County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with the county of Claiborne.
