107 Means Drive. Conditional Use Permit to operate a retail appliance store in an I-1, Light Industrial District as specified per ordinance. Requested by Appliance House, Nicholasville, KY.

Dimensional Variance
205 Westgate Drive. Dimensional Variance to allow an 8’ tall privacy fence along the side property line instead of the 6’ tall allowed per ordinance. Requested by Carl & Brittany Gray, Nicholasville, KY.
