In the Circuit Court of Claiborne County, Tennessee, at Tazewell;

In this cause, it appearing from the Complaint, which is sworn to, that the Defendant, Timothy Lynn Storrs’ whereabouts are unknown so that ordinary process cannot be served upon him; Timothy Lynn Storrs’ is hereby commanded to serve on David H. Stanifer, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 217, Tazewell, Tennessee 37879 an Answer to the Complaint filed against him in this cause within thirty (30) days of the third publication of this Notice as required by law; otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against Timothy Lynn Storrs’.

This Notice will run in the Claiborne Progress newspaper for three (3) consecutive weeks.
