ALCOHOL LICENSE APPLICATION
Jay Goga 0115 Inc d/b/a:- Buddi’s Gas Liquor Place hereby declares it’s intention to apply to an Retail Malt Beverage Package license no late than September 10, 2026. The licensed Premises will be located at 2540 West Hwy 72 Harlan, Kentucky 40831. The sole owner and President is Sahil Kumar Patel: 766 HWY 3459 APT-8 Harlan, Kentucky 40831.
Any person, association, corporation, or body politic may protest the granting of the license by writing The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 500 Mero Street 2NE33 Frankfort, Ky 40601 within thirty (30) days of the date of legal publication.
