PUBLIC NOTICE

The Pineville Housing Authority (PHA) will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 1 p.m. at the PHA Administrative Office located at 911 Alabama Avenue, Pineville, Kentucky 40977.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the Pineville Housing Authority’s 2026 HUD Capital Fund Program Grant activities plan as a part of the Five-Year and Annual Plan. Copies of the Plans are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the PHA Administrative Office, or may be downloaded from the PHA website at www.pinevillehousing.com .
The hearing will also include a concurrent meeting of the Resident Advisory Board (RAB) and a Special Called Meeting of the PHA Board of Commissioners. All three proceedings will begin at 1 p.m. on August 12, 2026, and run concurrently.
All interested persons are invited to attend, review the Plans, and provide comments.
