Request for Bids
Full-Size Pickup Truck

The Housing Authority of Cumberland is seeking bids from qualified dealers for the purchase of a new 2026 or 2027 “Full-Sized” pickup truck. The minimum features are as follows:

• 2026 or 2027 Full Size Pickup Truck, New Vehicle
• Crew Cab (4 Doors)
• Color: White / Gray / Silver
• Engine: V6 or V8, Automatic Transmission
• 4 Wheel Drive
• Full Tow Package
• Bed Length: “Short Bed”
• AM/FM Radio (minimum)
• Air Conditioning

Deadline for Bids
All bids must be in writing, and should be received by the Housing Authority of Cumberland no later than 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 20, 2026.

Bids should contain pricing information, bid expiration, specific vehicle details, and contact information. Bids submitted on vehicles that do not meet the criteria above will not be accepted.

Bids may be mailed (or hand delivered - check office hours) or FAX’d as follows:
