PUBLIC NOTICE

TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, Johnny R. Lester a/k/a Randall Lester and spouse, Sheila R. Lester a/k/a Sheila Lester, executed that certain Home Equity Line of Credit – Open End Deed of Trust, dated January 20, 2011, for the benefit of First Century Bank that is of record at Book 1328, Page 65 in the Claiborne County Register of Deeds Office, as modified by that certain Modification of Deed of Trust of record at Book 1586, Page 694 in the Claiborne County Register of Deeds Office, as further modified by that certain Modification of Deed of Trust of record at Book 1618, Page 113 in the Claiborne County Register of Deeds Office, and as the same may have been further amended, modified, and/or restated from time to time (collectively the “Deed of Trust”); and
WHEREAS, Oliver D. Adams is the current Trustee under the Deed of Trust.
NOW, WHEREFORE, premises considered, Oliver D. Adams, Trustee, will sell for cash at a foreclosure sale requested by First Century Bank, the owner and holder of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, the property described below. The sale will be at the front door of the Claiborne County Courthouse, 1740 Main Street, Tazewell, Tennessee 37879, on May 29, 2026, at 3:30 p.m., prevailing time.
Property Description:
SITUATED in District No. Four (4) of Claiborne County, Tennessee, and situated and described more fully as follows:
BEING located in what is known as “Bailey Hollow” and BEGINNING at a Maple Tree on the side of the County Road, known as the Bailey Hollow Road; thence in a Northerly direction for a distance of 100 feet, to a stake; thence in a Southwesterly direction for a distance of 75 feet, to a stake; thence in a Southerly direction back to the Road; thence in a Westerly direction alongside the Road to the Point of Beginning and containing approximately One Fourth (1/4) Acre, more or less.
Together with and subject to all applicable easements, appurtenances, covenants, restrictions, and conditions, including the right to obtain water from a Spring located on the property of Keith Lester and the right to maintain a pipe from the Spring to the Property described above, which was conveyed to Randall Lester by Deed for an Easement for a Wate Line of record at Warranty Deed Book 200, Page 417 in the Claiborne County Register of Deeds Office.
Being the same property conveyed to Randall Lester, et ux, by deed of record at Warranty Deed Book 247, Page 410 in the Claiborne County Register of Deeds Office.

Other Interested Parties: Heirs and/or devisees of Johnny Randall Lester.
Online Notice of Sale: This Substitute Trustee’s Notice of Sale will be advertised online at foreclosuretennessee.com.
The above-described property will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT REPRESENTATION AND/OR WARRANTY, and subject to unpaid taxes, prior deeds of trust, all easements, all restrictions, all conditions, all covenants, the rights of tenants in possession of said premises, if any, prior claims, and/or any matters of record with priority over the Deed of Trust. The proceeds of the sale will be applied to all indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust and as required by the Deed of Trust and applicable law. The right is reserved to adjourn the day and time of sale by announcement at the time and place set forth above and/or at the time and place of any further postponement. To the extent there is a discrepancy between the legal description and the address of the property, the legal description of the property will control. The terms of the sale, if any, will be announced by the Trustee at the time of the sale and shall be binding.
