NOTICE OF BIDS

Claiborne County Board of Education will be accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for Annual Fire Alarm Inspections for the Claiborne County School Buildings. Specifications will be attached, you may also contact Riley DeBusk at riley.debusk@claibornecsd.org or Whitney Bowling at whitney.bowling@claibornecsd.org regarding any questions.
Sealed Bids should be labeled “Annual Fire Alarm Inspections” and mailed to the Claiborne County Board of Education, Attention: Whitney Bowling at P.O. Box 179, Tazewell, TN 37879 or dropped off at 1403 Tazewell Rd, Tazewell TN, 37879. Bids will be accepted until Monday, April 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at which time bids will be publicly opened in the Board of Education conference room. Oral, email, and/or telephone bids will not be accepted. Claiborne County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with the county of Claiborne.
Claiborne County assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and as amended, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (P.I. 100.259) be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal Financial Assistance.
