In this cause, it appearing from the Complaint, which is sworn to, that the Respondent (s), NEW BETHEL TABERNACLE and THEIR SUCCESSORS IN TRUST, is/are a Non-resident(s) of the State of Tennessee so that ordinary process cannot be served upon the Respondent, NEW BETHEL TABERNACLE and THEIR SUCCESSORS IN TRUST, they are hereby commanded to serve on, Plaintiff’s Attorney, David H. Stanifer whose address is P.O. Box 217, Tazewell, Tennessee 37879, an answer to the Complaint filed against against the Respondent(s), NEW BETHEL TABERNACLE and THEIR SUCCESSORS IN TRUST, in this cause within 30 days of the fourth publication of this notice as required by law; otherwise the Petition will be taken as admitted by them and the case set for hearing without their presence
This notice will run in the Claiborne Progress newspaper for four consecutive weeks.
