In obedience to a decree of the Chancery Court at Tazewell in the above styled case, I will on Saturday, April 18th , 2026 at 10: 00 A.M. at Claiborne County Courthouse in Tazewell, Tennessee, proceed to sell real property described in said decree. The real property described as follows:
