LAWNCARE SERVICES

The Housing Authority of Middlesborough (PHA) is requesting bids for Lawncare Services. Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on the 27th day of March 2026, at the office of the Housing Authority of Middlesborough. Bids that are received after the time and date shown above will not be accepted, except in very specific circumstances described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be received at the following address:

The Housing Authority of Middlesboro has a formal Request for Proposals that includes a description of PHA properties, the exact services request, bidding and contract requirements, and bidding forms necessary to submit an acceptable bid.
Interested bidders must contact the PHA at the address or phone number shown above to obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals.
The Housing Authority of Middlesborough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding.
No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of the Housing Authority of Middlesborough.
