INVITATION AND INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
BIDS 2025-2026

You are invited to re-bid on the following item.
Asphalt for county and state aid projects (bids must be on specified form for asphalt).
Bid forms and spec sheets may be picked up at Claiborne County Highway Department during the hours 7:00 a.m. thru 3:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any or all bids based on quality and availability of product on an as needed daily basis per the operational needs of the Claiborne County Highway Department.
Bid opening will be Monday, March 16, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the Claiborne County Highway Department, 110 Blue Top Road, Tazewell, TN 37879.
