Notice is hereby given that the Jessamine County Board of Health has filed an application with the Energy and Environment Cabinet to construct parking lot improvements, drainpipe, utilities, and landscaping within a portion of the Town Fork floodplain. The property is located at 210 East Walnut Street in Nicholasville, KY approximately 375 feet east of the North York Street / East Walnut Street intersection.
