E. BRIAN SELLERS is the Successor Trustee of a Deed of Trust executed on May 25, 2012, by John David Lewis a/k/a John D. Lewis, and Detra Welch Lewis f/k/a Detra Welch a/k/a Detra Lewis and Detra L. Lewis, then husband and wife, of record in the Register’s Office of Claiborne County, Tennessee, at Book 1357, Page 365 (“Deed of Trust”), which Deed of Trust was modified by Modification, Renewal and Extension Agreement executed August 30, 2021 by PEYTLIV, INC., SAVING MIMI, INC. and DETRA LYNN ROBERTSON, a/k/a Detra Welch, Detra Welch Lewis, Detra Lewis, Detra L. Lewis, and Detra Lewis Robertson, of record at Book 1584, Page 495 in said Register’s Office (“Modification Agreement”). [John David Lewis is no longer liable on the debt or Deed of Trust.] The Successor Trustee will sell the property described below for cash (and such other terms as announced at sale) at a foreclosure sale requested by the current holder of the Deed of Trust and underlying indebtedness, HEARTHSIDE BANK, formerly known as Home Federal Bank.

Property Addresses: (Tract One) 291 Boone Drive, Harrogate, Claiborne County, TN 37752; AND (Tract Two) 829 Pine Hill Road, Tazewell, Claiborne County, TN 37879
Tax Map Identification Nos.: 015CF-013.00 (Tract One) and 043-003.00 (Tract Two). (However, the property description of the Deed of Trust shall control in the event of any inconsistencies between the description and address or tax identification number).

Terms of Sale: The Property will be sold to the highest and best bidder for Cash or Cashier’s Check in the full amount bid, in hand paid to the Successor Trustee at the time of sale, or such other terms as announced at sale. Hearthside Bank is entitled to credit bid against the secured debt.
